According to reports, David filed the restraining order which is yet to be approved in the Los Angeles County Court, demanding a judge to order Tamar to stay away from him.
In another twist, sources state that it was David Adefeso who allegedly assaulted Tamar Braxton and threatened to kill her in a murder suicide.
According to BLAST, they both got into a heated argument in the car while driving to check Tamar into a mental health facility for treatment.
