Date yourself as a man and see if you can cope with yourself – Nollywood actor, Bolanle Ninalowo

In his interview with the ladies of Your View this morning, Nollywood actor, Bolanle Ninalowo gave us a lot of insight.

He started by talking about his book: My book is about my life, it is an auto biography. I have gone from shame to fame, I have been through a lot in life, my transparency can lead to people’s transformation. Acting is not my success story, acting was just a process, it was part of the journey.

My goal was about 10 years ago the African dream. I did a lot of things before acting I just wanted to make a name for myself and why I existed. There is no achievement without Grace, I prayed to God and asked for forgiveness for my marriage to work. I needed to date myself, when I tried it, I hated me. That moment of realization made me reflect to see what I was doing to other people. Love is patience, the first part of wisdom is honesty if you want to achieve anything in life you have to be honest. Not all marriages will work, the foundation which is built sometimes in life you have to connect the dots backwards.

Gratitude is the first key to success, if you close one door on me that Is an opportunity to knock on the other door. Every success story is somehow similar REJECTION! REJECTION! REJECTION! Purpose does not have a duration it is a lifestyle. A lot of men lack purpose, in the beginning of your life you need to understand what you want. If you are not purposeful and get married your lost soul with another person who probably know what they want, it is a hard situation but you need God and prayers to conquer them.
