Hollywood movie mogul Tyler Perry is building a massive thirty-five thousand square foot estate mansion on a one thousand two hundred acre which is located in the woods near Atlanta.
The estate boasts of a grand entrance to the property, a massive lap pool, and also what appears to be a runway for his private jet.
According to reports, Tyler Perry had been designing and building the estate for many years now and plans for the property included turning some of the land into an organic farm with horses and other animals.
You might remember that Tyler Perry who was just recently announced as a billionaire by Forbes, unveiled his two hundred and fifty million dollars studios in 2019; the first ever fully black owned film studio located in Atlanta, Georgia.
