An Internet personality, Ismaila Mustapha, popularly called Mompha, who is facing a N32 billion fraud charge, was re-arrested last week by the EFCC.
According to report, Days after the arrest, he is yet to be arraigned or granted administrative bail as a matter of fact, He has filed a 5M suit against the EFCC for unlawful arrest and detention.
