Following the appointment of a non-indigene as Special Adviser to the Governor of Ondo state, Gov. Akeredolu, Indigenes of the state are protesting.
According to report, the protest was not based on her lack of qualification but solely on her not being Yoruba. So the question is, What is the difference between racism and tribalism?
The ladies of #YourViewTVC also discussed the increased cases of sexual violence against women which has generated a national debate as to what sanctions would be deterrent enough to stop this menace.
However, the lawmakers voted against castration of Rapists as an amendment to the motion, calling for stiffer penalties against persons found guilty of rape.
