American socialite and fitness model, Briana Camille who is reportedly pregnant with her third child with Rick Ross is in a child support battle with the rapper.
According to court documents, Briana is seeking for both temporary and permanent child support for their two children stating that though they were never married, they both lived together with their two kids, claiming that it wasn’t until the abrupt split, at the end of last year, she started to live and raise the kids on her own.
The court document further states that she is also seeking to establish paternity, a set support schedule, and have her lawyer’s fees taken care of ahead of their third child’s upcoming birth.
Rick Ross has however asked for the case to be tossed out of court as he has been consistently supporting his children. He also stated that he attempted to get a DNA test done, after providing his DNA sample, but his baby mama allegedly changed her mind and decided to go to court instead of following through with the DNA test.
