Potatoes Served With Bread Egg Sauce



Ingredients.
1.9 whole Irish potatoe
2. 1 tea spoon butter
3. Salt(to taste)
4. 3 egg white (refrigerated)
5. Oil (for frying)
6. Pinch of thyme/rosemary
Directions.
1. Peel and boil potatoe till soft
2. In a mixing bowl, using a masher/whisk mash potatoe until smooth, add butter, egg yolk and seasoning to potatoe and mix well.
3. Refrigerate for 20 Minutes
4. Roll potatoe in ball shape
