More than 1400 ‘repentant’ Boko Haram members have been reintegrated into the society by the Military through ‘Operation Safe Corridor’ program. The Senate has also begun deliberations on a bill that seeks to establish an agency that would see to the rehabilitation of repentant insurgents in the country.
However, this proposed bill has since generated mixed reactions. What are your thoughts?
