The Nigerian entertainment industry had it cold last night as #BurnaBoy, Nigeria’s own #AfricanGiant, failed to bring home the 2020 #Grammy award for the Best World Album category. #AngeliqueKidjo claimed the award for the Best World Album and dedicated it to BurnaBoy and other African acts in the same category.
It was indeed a sad one for Nigeria as expectations were high.
