NIGERIA has struck a major deal with Russia on the completion of the abandoned Ajaokuta Steel Rolling Mill. The agreement was reached to implement Pres Buhari’s plans to diversify the economy away from oil and encourage local production. Stockbroker/Financial analyst, Muktar Mohammed discussed with us.
