US comedian, Kevin Hart, was involved in a fatal accident yesterday the 1st of September

Reports from TMZ has it that the comedian and two other people veered into a ditch in the Malibu Hills just before 1 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Though Kevin Hart was not driving, it was reported that he and the vehicle’s driver both suffered “major back injuries.”  The third person in the vehicle is a woman who did not require hospital treatment.

Kevin Hart suffered serious injuries and may have to undergo surgery.

He got involved in the accident with the muscle car he bought for himself on his 40th birthday.
