A trader in Lagos state was killed during a robbery attack in PPL community, in the Ojo Local Government Area, Lagos State on Saturday May 11th.
According to reports, Binaebilayefa Dawudu had just finished his prayers in the mosque when the robbers attacked his area. Everyone scampered to safety at a betting shop but were followed by one of the thieves who robbed them of their personal belongings.
After the robbery, Dawudu came out and decided to quickly run to his home. Unfortunately, the route he took was the same with the fleeing robbers. Sadly, they were carrying out another attack and fired some shots that hit Dawudu.
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, Bala Elkanah, said two suspects had been arrested over the death.
