Popular socialite,Oyin Oshinkalu is dead. She has long battle with cancer before she finally lost the battle. Top celebrities such as actress,Eniola Badmus described Oyin as a great woman, who departed too soon. Tvcontinental gathered that the late Oyin Oshinkalu was Eniola’s school mother.
Oyin, prior to her relocation from Ibadan to Lagos some years back, used to be one of the upwardly mobile big babes rocking the business and social scenes. She is blessed with a lot of Brain and Beauty. And that is why it wasn’t surprising to many of her friends when she ventured into real estate business some years back. She has relatively made a big statement in the sector with the introduction of her Honeyville Apartments two years ago. The luxury apartments, located at the Elegushi Property Scheme, along Lekki-Epe Expressway, is boats of 22 well equipped flats and many other States-of-the-Arts facilities, which has put it among the most patronised estates around Lekki axis. She runs the business in partnership with her hubby.
Oyin has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with specialisation in management. In fact she graduated with First Class from a South Africa university, where she worked briefly before relocating to Nigerian. While studying and living in South Africa, Oyin even floated a property management company and ran it for about two and a half years. She later worked with real estate developers and selling property.
The South-African trained Oyin Oshikanlu has also been described as a woman with a large heart. According to those close to her, there no amount of money too much for her to spend in helping other people. She is said to have expended millions of naira on charity cause in the past years. She works hard and live right, she is one of the few successful young babes living life of style and affluence. She is engaged to the Oil and Gas big boy, Sam Aikhionbare. 1st birthday bash of their son in Abuja, is still talk of town till tomorrow. These and many more are the reasons, Oyin’s present health status has left so many devastated since they got to hear about her sickness.
Meanwhile, cancer has remained the most dangerous disease claiming celebrities’ lives at an alarming rate lately. In fact, it is said to be more deadly than HIV/AIDS, killing thousands of people yearly.
