The NYSC state coordinator for FCT identified as Bello Balama, reportedly ordered a corps member to kneel down for trying to leave during his address.
The incident was captured in a viral video, even though why the corps member wanted to leave the address ground was not disclosed.
Bello Balama was appointed as the new Coordinator for the National Youth Service Corps in the Federal Capital Territory, in 2017. He took over from Abdulrazak Salawu, who was recently elevated to the position of Director at the headquarters. Until his appointment, Balama, was the immediate past Coordinator of NYSC in Kaduna State.
