Not every time, rice and stew. The BB Chef came to the show with something different today and made a simple meal of ‘Parsley Potatoes and Spicy Chicken Wings.’
Parsley benefits the body in many ways and is considered a natural detox remedy, diuretic, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory agent. Irish potatoes help to prevent cancer growth, has potassium that helps to aid digestion, lower blood pressure and also gives the heart a strong boost.
For this Recipe, you need:
Black Pepper
Unsalted Butter
Parsley
Salt
Irish Potatoes
Chicken Wings
Ginger/Garlic Mix
Seasoning Cubes
Onions
Roughly blended Paprika
Tomato Paste
Vegetable Oil
Sweet Chili
Sesame Seeds
Preparation Method:
-Boil your Irish Potatoes with the outer layer, you get to enjoy the nutrients also, the skin becomes easier to pull off when cooked.
-Wash your chicken wings and marinate it with seasoning cubes, garlic/ginger mix and a little bit of thyme before frying.
-When it’s done, cook it with your vegetable oil, onions, blended paprika, garlic, chili and tomato paste, for a little while.
Your meal is ready and set to eat.
