“Don’t box musicians, the song is for 3rd party to have a glimpse”- Olamide Defends New Song

Nigerian rapper, Olamide has responded to critics who are calling him out for his lyrics on the song ‘Logo Benz’ that features Lil Kesh.

Most Nigerians believe the new song ‘Logo Benz’ is promoting ritual killings and illegal means to make money with lyrics like “If money no enter, I go do blood money”.

In his response, Olamide tweeted, ‘Logo Benz is for the 3rd party to have a glimpse into the current state of youths in our society. (Runs girls x runs boys) “ I’m not sure if there’s anything like 2 much awareness, but pardon me if there is. It’s all over the news, it’s always been in movies, don’t box musicians’.
