Hollywood actor, Jamie Foxx has been accused by a woman of slapping her the face with his penis, an allegation which the actor/musician has denied.
The woman told police last week that the incident happed in Las Vegas in 2002 when she and a friend were attending a party hosted by Foxx, TMZ reported.
However Foxx has refered to the the allegation as “absurd”.
The alleged incident took place in 2002, but the woman making the claim only went to Las Vegas police last week, according to TMZ. The woman claims she and a friend were partying at the Oscar winner’s pad when he allegedly asked her for oral sex. She claims that when she refused, Foxx slapped her face with his penis.
The woman claims she went to the hospital in Los Angeles the next day to seek treatment for a severe panic attack. The case is open, but the statue of limitations expired after three years.
Foxx told TMZ he’s ready to challenge the woman in court.
“Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him,” Jamie’s attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer, told TMZ.
“The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.”
Hart added,
