A Nigerian lady, identified on Instagram as @cute.dino, has narrated how a female police officer in company of a male officer brutalised her sister.
While she attempted to record the inhuman activities of police officers in the Ikeja GRA area in Lagos state yesterday January 15th, the police officer slapped, bit her hand and smashed her phone.
The lady took to her Instagram page to narrate her ordeal;
