Turkish Giants, Fenerbache is set to close up on Super Eagles mid-fielder, Mikel Obi.
Mikel may complete his move today with a deal of €3 million per year which runs to June 2020.
According reports from Turkish news outlet, Sabah, Fernerbache and Mikel’s current club, Tiajin TEDA are in talks and the 30-year-old could complete the deal before the close of the winter transfer window in Europe on Wednesday.
Fernerbache’s Ozan Tufan is set to exit the club which will make Mikel a perfect replacement for the midfielder.
Mikel has been linked with Everton and French side, Marseille are believed to be interested in the Nigerian captain.
Though sources claim Mikel is keen on a move to Europe, but the Chinese side, Tianji TEDA are reluctant to let their star go.
