Chef Juliet made ‘Chocolate mug cake’ for breakfast this morning, it’s quick and easy for those days you feel like having something sweet for breakfast. See recipe below:
Ingredients:
- Flour
- Sugar
- Cocoa powder
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Milk
- Vegetable oil
- Vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips
Process:
-Mix the dry ingredients together in a mug (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch salt,)
-Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-Add 3 tablespoons of liquid milk
-Add 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract and blend mixture properly
-Put mixture in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
-Take out from microwave and allow to cool
-Add whipped cream in a swirly manner on top
-You can add fondant icing
And voila! it is ready.
