Atiku Abubakar’s son loses custody of his two children to ex-wife

The child custody tussle between Atiku Abubakar’s first son, Aminu Atiku and his wife, was decided today by a Magistrate Court in Lagos today.

The wife estranged wife of Aminu Atiku, Fatima Bolori was granted full custody of their children.

Chief Magistrate K.B Ayeye ruled that the children Amirah, 8, and Aminu Atiku, 7, should be with their mother Fatima Bolori, who has been in a legal tussle with her ex-husband since their separation.

The couple who got married in Borno State in 2007, enjoyed a five-year marriage before their union was dissolved by a Sharia Court in Maiduguri in 2011.

Last year, the ex-couple clashed at their daughter’s school, Greenwood school in Parkview Estate, Ikoyi over the custody of their children.
