Jobarteh was reported to have been trailed to his house by two gun men from Murtala Muhammed Airport where he went to pick his younger brother.
This sad news was shared by a fan of his on his Facebook wall
Jobarteh was survived by his wife Oseyi, Gulder Ultimate Search contender from another season and a child.
