Olajumoke James a co-host of TVC YourView said today that, every parent should go for parenting classes to avoid raising bad children. She made this statement during the topic of the day which was ‘Lagos pupil expelled for putting acid in classmate’s bottle’.
Jumoke who was bittered by the students attitude advised that parents must be held responsible when their young child goes astray, and on that note, they should go for parental classes.
It was gathered that a pupil of the Lekki British International School, Lekki, Lagos, was expelled for allegedly attempting to kill his classmate.
The incident that took place around 1.30pm on Wednesday, June 14, the 12-year-old allegedly sneaked into the school’s laboratory and stole the acid and ethanol while the school was planning for the third term exam.
He was said to have mixed the chemicals and poured them into the 11-year-old’s water bottle, but was reportedly caught by two pupils and reported to the school management.
