The self acclaimed “hairiest woman in Nigeria”, Queen Nonyerem Okafor has gained admission into the National Open University of Nigeria.
Speaking in a media interview, Nonyerem Okafor said she began growing hairs all over her body when she was around 22 years old, and that when she attempted to shave clean, the hairs only grew faster and thicker.
Nonyerem says she used all manner of body treatments to get rid of the hair, including rubbing tortoise faeces on her face.
Nonyerem, who matriculated on Saturday, May 27, is studying Political Science.
She proudly posts pictures of her matriculation ceremony with friends on her social media handle.
The Anambra State indigene says she has learnt to love her body and now proudly shows off her facial and body hairs on her social media handles.
