Rihanna, Lupita Nyong’o to star in twitter inspired movie

It was a trending topic on Twitter when a picture of Rihanna and Lupita Nyongo together surfaced online.

Twitter users got on the trend; asking Ava Duvarney to direct and Issa Rae to write the screenplay.

Following long negotiations at the Cannes Film Festival, Netflix will produce the project.

Reports say it was an aggressive bid as other companies also wanted to be a part of the production.

Ava Duvarney confirmed the news with the tweet “We deserve nice things.”
