Nigeria’s crude oil production has risen from 1.2 million barrels per day to two million barrels per day.
The Group Managing Director of the country’s National Petroleum Corporation,Maikanti Baru, made this known after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Villa in Abuja.
He said increase in oil production is due to peace and stability witnessed in the Niger Delta region.
Baru emphasized on fuel supply,crude oil and gas production,ability of the corporation to supply gas to the power sector across the country.
