The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted the former chief of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Andrew Yakubu leave to travel abroad to continue his medical treatment.
Yakubu is standing trial on a six-count charge of money laundering and false assets declaration.
In February, more than 9 million dollars was found in a house that belongs to him.
The case has been adjourned till July the 6th, for continuation of trial.
