The minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed has justified President Buhari absence from the Federal executive council meeting today.
Mohammed said the President is still resting from official functions on the advice of his doctors.
He stated this while addressing State House correspondents shortly after the council meeting which the president failed to attend for the third time running.
