LUTH protest : Management accuses health workers of insincerity

The management of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital  (LUTH ) has condemned the protest organised by some union health workers in the hospital on Wednesday over the allegations of  insensitivity  by the management concerning their unpaid salary arrears and poor working environment.

In an exclusive interview with  television continental, the chief medical director of LUTH Professor Chris Bode says the health workers are being economical with the truth and have resulted to blackmailing the medical institution.

professor Bode described as untrue   the issue  of discrimination and non implementation of government policies such as the new salary structure, that the protesters mentioned .
