Coaches, Technical officials reject Brown Ebewele as AFN representative

Image result for Coaches, Technical officials reject Ebewele's return to AFNThe leadership of the Track and field Coaches Association of Nigeria and Nigeria Association of Athletics Technical officials has condemned the election that produced Brown Ebewele as the representative of the two bodies into the AFN board.

A protest letter has been forwarded to the sports minister urging him to investigate the conduct of the election. They say mercenaries were used as eligible voters.

The letter was signed by Olympian Henry Amike and Gabriel Okon who confirmed that accreditation of voters was done without identifying the persons, hence surrogates and mercenaries were allowed to vote and tilt the outcome of the election.

The aggrieved parties have called for an outright cancellation of the Election.
