TVC E. The girl with the Aqua eyes is dead. That’s the Vogue model, named Raudha Athif. She was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her dorm room. The late medical student once graced the cover of Vogue India’s Beauty in Diversity cover shoot,in October 2016. The 21 year old found dead on Wednesday by her friends at the female dormitory of the college in Nawdapara area of Rajshahi city, Bangladesh on March 29.
According to Zillur Rahman, the officer in charge at the Shah Makhdum police station,she was found dangling from the fan with a scarf tied around her neck inside her room. He added that one of the them cut ther scarf, hoping she was still alive. At the news confrence, Rahman said, We primarily suspect it is a suicide case. However, we can’t come to any conclusion until we get the autopsy report.”
Onthe request of the latew models family, the case was transfered to the Detective Branch (DB) of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) on Saturday, April 1. Where, they filed her case as an unatural death. RMP Commissioner Shafiqul Islam confirmed the transfer after Raudha’s parents and brother met him on Friday at his office and expressed their dissatisfaction over the investigation according to official reports.
A detective, Inspector Rashidul Islam of the DB is in charge of the case. And investigations has started.
