Residents of the Ebute Metta area in Lagos were thrilled to music and dance at the One Mainland Concert.
The One Mainland Concert was not just about music.
It was about integrating a community of people with passion, drive and a hunger for a better life.
Organised by Lagos Mainland Chairmanship Aspirant, Dayo Israel, the aim is to show the Lagos Mainland in a positive light and to keep the youth in the community of the streets and in the classrooms.
The event had a mix of music and dance and was a platform for emerging performers to showcase their skills
Entertainers present harped on the importance of using the arts to spread positivity and empower the youth.
