Caitlyn Jenner has confessed she wasn’t always the stellar parent her kids needed her to be.
In an interview with the UK’s BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour on Wednesday, the 67-year-old admitted her own personal struggles prevented her from being there for her six biological children – Kylie, 19, Kendall, 21, Brody, 33, Cassandra, 36, Brandon, 35, and Burt, 38.
‘I was struggling with myself too much to be a good parent,’ she revealed.
Born Bruce Jenner, the reality star famously underwent a transition into Caitlyn back in 2015, revealing she had struggled with gender identity her entire life.
‘I can’t use that as an excuse because no matter what your problems are, you gotta be there for your kids, and I really wasn’t,’ she added.
