The Bauchi State Government has been challenged to pay more attention to developing a functional State of the art laboratory and providing decent accommodation to front-line health workers.
The Federal Ministry of Health gave this charge while undertaking a review of the state’s performance in the health sector in the year 2016.
USAID on its part, commended the governor for his giant strides in health and education sectors in the past year, but maintained that more needs to be done especially in the Local Government Areas
Bauchi State thereafter signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Education with the agency.
