Ikeme doubtful for Wolves match against Cardiff

Carl Ikeme is doubtful for Saturday’s English Championship game with Cardiff as the Wolves goalkeeper continues to be monitored for a hamstring injury.

Team coach Paul Lambert has confirmed the goalkeeper is being assessed after picking up the injury while away on international duty with Nigeria.

Ikeme sat out the Super Eagles’ 1-1 draw with Senegal last Thursday and Lambert admits it is currently too early to tell whether he will be ready for the Bluebirds visit to Molineux.
