Nigeria’s Super Eagles will now play the French island of Corsica in a friendly in May.
The Nigeria football federation lined up the friendly after Burkina Faso pulled out of Monday’s friendly in London.
Seven players of the stallions did not get visas to enter Britain.
The match against Corsica is part of the eagles’ preparation for the 2019 AFCON qualifier against South Africa in June.
Nigeria have already played other national teams not recognised by FIFA – they lost 5-1 to Basque selection in 1999.
