Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High court, Abuja has granted bail to the former Group Managing Director of the NNPC, Andrew Yakubu, in the sum of 300 million naira.
Yakubu must also provide two sureties in like sum who have landed properties anywhere in the FCT.
He would deposit his passport with the Chief registrar of the court and not travel out of the country without the permission of the court.
Yakubu would be remanded in kuje prison pending the time he meets the bail condition.
The case has been adjourned to May the 9th for trial.
