El-Rufai says the move is geared towards re-energizing the team for policy execution.
Administering the oath of office on them, he commiserated with them as he said they would be overstretched.
But he charged them to remain committed to the vision of making Kaduna great again.
The Kaduna governor said the new appointees were carefully selected.
