TVC E. Nollywood veteran, Victor Olaotan, who was involved in a ghastly accident 100 days ago, is fine and will soon be discharged from the hospital, his publicist said. He was involved in a ghastly car accident in the wee hours of October 31, 2016.
The Tinsel star actor was driving to a movie set when the accident took place around Apple Junction, in Festac, Lagos.
He was immediately rushed to a hospital in Surulere where he was put in a medically-induced coma, so that his medication could work faster. His publicist, Demola Sanyaolu, informed TheCable Lifestyle that he has remained in hospital for over 100 days so that he could “monitored closely.”
“He is fine and will be discharged soon. He is of age and needs to be in the hospital environment so that he can be monitored closely,” he said.
Sanyaolu further revealed that Olaotan was taking medication for “pains, shock and other health challenge related with the auto accident just to ensure he is stable.”
Victor Olaotan started acting in 1959 when he represented his school in a stage play, Gods Are Not To Blame.
The veteran studied drama at the University of Ibadan, Obafemi Awolowo University and Rockets University in the United States.
