Sokoto, Kebbi and Zamfara state governments are planning to come up with a measure to checkmate the recklessness of some commercial and private drivers.
This is to ensure safety on the road within the three states.
Sokoto State Governor Aminu Tambuwal revealed this when the new Zonal Commanding Officer of the Federal Road safety Corps in charge of the three states Assistant Corp Marshal Ayobami Omiyale paid him a courtesy call.

Omiyale advised that traditional rulers and community leaders be included in executing the task.
