Pensioners urge government to pay pension arrears with recovered loot

The leadership of the Pensioners Union in Oyo State has charged the Federal Government to divert recovered loot from it’s ongoing anti corruption campaign to the payment of outstanding pensions, arrears and gratuities of senior citizens.

Chairman of the union Gbadegesin Akande made this call in Ibadan while lamenting the prevailing economic downturn in the country.
