South African giants Orlando Pirates will reportedly register Nigeria international Emmanuel Daniel with the Premier Soccer League (PSL) this week.
The goalkeeper joined the Buccaneers during the recent January PSL Transfer Window from Nigerian Professional Football League side Enugu Rangers.
Pirates are in need of a fit goalkeeper following Jackson Mabokgwane’s straight red-card against Bidvest Wits in the Absa Premiership game on Wednesday.
The club’s first choice goalkeeper Brighton Mhlongo is nursing an injury which leaves Siyabonga Mpontshane as the only fit Bucs shot-stopper.
Daniel, who represented Nigeria at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, is expected to challenge Mhlongo, Mabokgwane and Mpontshane for the No.1 jersey at Bucs.
