The outgoing government of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the incoming All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state are locked in a battle of wit, over the debt profile of the state.
The APC is accusing government of inheriting thirty-eight billion naira, and leaving a one hundred million naira debt for the incoming government.
But the Special assistant to Governor Olusegun Mimiko on civil society, describes the allegation as baseless.
