Nigerian filmmakers take centre stage at 2017 Pan African Film festival

Nigerian filmmakers are well represented at the 2017 edition of the Pan African Film Festival in the United States.

The festival that is celebrating its 25th anniversary is bringing back the Kunle Afolayan classic “The Figurine” for a special screening at the festival.

The award winning director’s latest endeavor “The CEO” will also be screened at the festival.

Kenneth Gyang’s 2013 award winning film, Confusion Na Wa will also screen at the festival.

Other films for screening are 76, 93 Days, Just Not Married, No Good Turn, Okafor’s Law, Ori Inu: In Search of Self , Vaya and White Colour Black.

The Pan African Film Festival is regarded as the largest black film festival in the United States.
