Nigerian champions Rangers have been fined by the Disciplinary Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation for various breaches during their Match Day 1 clash with visiting Abia Warriors.
The Flying Antelopes were fined for failure to restrict unauthorized access from all restricted areas and for encroachment and throwing of objects unto the field.
The Coal City boys were also fined for ‘attempted assault’ and hauling of missiles at the match officials.
The NFF Disciplinary committee then advised all clubs to ensure that a separate sitting arrangement is made for supporters of away teams.
