The Bayelsa State government and the Bank of Industry have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for entrepreneurship development.
Ten billion naira is to be raised for the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, with the state government bringing an initial sum of one billion naira.
The Bank of Industry will match that amount as counterpart funding.
