The Yobe state Governor, Ibrahim Gaidam has called on security operatives in the North East to intensify surveillance.
and put proactive measures to further allay the fears of the people and fully restore socio-economic activities within the region.
Governor Gaidam made the call during a courtesy visit by Major General Peter Dauke ,the newly deployed General Officer of 3 Division in Damaturu.
He also commiserated with the Nigerian armed forces and the families of those who paid the supreme sacrifice in the fight against insurgency.
