The Nigerian government says youth empowerment will continue to be on the front burner of this administration.Acting managing director of the bank of industry, at the second phase of the scheme explained that opportunities abound for members of the National youth service corp as the graduate entrepreneurship fund remains available for them to access.
He added that the ultimate aim of this scheme is to encourage graduates undergoing the compulsory one year NYSC programme to venture into business and become employers of labour rather than job seekers.
