10 dead in renewed Southern Kaduna unrest

The death toll in the renewed crisis in the Southern part of Kaduna state is ten, that’s apart from burnt houses and other destroyed properties.
Goska and two other communities, all in Jema’a local government area of the state were attacked Saturday night through Sunday morning by alleged Fulani militia.

The Police have however denied reports of casualty.

But our correspondent in the state, Tesem Akende was with the locals earlier today and reports that the deceased bodies are been prepared for burial.

Meanwhile, there is heavy security presence in Goska and the entire local government.

The locals are still very apprehensive, and are keeping vigil against any eventuality.
