Non-Academic staff protest against non-payment of salaries in Rivers

Some non academic staff of secondary schools belonging to three ?tertiary institutions owned by the Rivers state government have protested the non payment of their salaries for the past ten months.

The protesting workers said the controversy over who should take responsibility for the payment of their salaries began after they
were deployed to their present place of work.
